Rebtel, the largest mobile phone company Skype VoIP world, today after the results of a recent survey Call Quality announced the U.S. mobile users surveyed about their experiences with the carriers, smartphones and communications applications.
According to the study, there is much room for improvement between operators and handset manufacturers, with about 2 out of 5 (39%) of users surveyed stated that there were more than 5 missed calls per month, representing about 128 million subscribers. The study also showed that a clear association is calling very important for 89% of respondents, 84% of respondents said they are at least somewhat “rarely change because of poor quality phone say. 78% said they would likely support for the poor changing network performance.
The results of our first survey show the quality of calls to mobile users have high expectations of a clear connection during the interview, and 40% of U.S. mobile phone users live more missed calls per month, it is clear that the vectors and cell phone manufacturers have a long way to go and deliver the level of service to the customers demand and expect, says Rebtel CEO Andreas Bernstrom.
The following provides a breakdown of the survey results, with some of the highlights below:

? The men are 90% more often (38% vs. 20%) with a mobile VoIP app as an alternative to their regular telephone carrier.
? Men have to pass a 20% response to be much more smart phones because of poor call quality (33% vs. 27%).
? Women are 47% more likely than men (44% vs. 30%) with a text messaging service as an alternative to their regular telephone carrier.
IPhone users
highest position in terms of customer loyalty, but many would be willing to move vehicles and smart phones
among smartphone users, iPhone users in last place in terms of the probability of change managers because of poor call quality (81.5%), followed by BlackBerry users (85.0%), followed Android users (86.0%). IPhone users were also the group of lower probability of change due to poor phone call quality, with approximately 30% of States that are not likely to change due to quality problems of the calls, followed by Android (18.7%), BlackBerry ( 17.5%).

When asked what types of mobile applications, respondents were more willing to use their minutes as an alternative to traditional carrier or data plan of service, said 34% (112M Americans), they would use an SMS service and 32 % (105m Americans) said they use mobile VoIP application. Social networking applications in third place with 18% (59M Americans), followed by instant messaging applications that receive 16% (52M Americans) followed reactions.
